Flow of Purchase: Uploading Manuscript, Down Payment, Proofreading/Editing, and Downloading Manuscript:

Login, Purchase, and Uploading Document
A. Click My Account in the upper right corner, and then log in. If you are a new customer, please create an account first and then log in. After logging in, click the Proofreading tab at the top of the page.
B. Click Dissertation/Thesis Grammar/Sentence Correction category, and then pick the product name: Dissertation/Thesis Grammar/Sentence Level Correction 4 Weeks Turnaround
C. Click Add to Cart.
D. Click Checkout. At the Payment Information screen, you can choose your payment method (ATM/postal remittance or credit card/PayPal).
E. Confirm Order and Enter Proofreading Site: After clicking Confirm Order to finish purchasing, PayPal paying page will show up for paying the down payment if you choose to pay via PayPal/credit card. After paying or if your payment is via ATM/postal remittance, click Go to proofreading Website on the screen; afterward, click Enter Proofreading Site Now to enter the uploading/downloading area.
F. Uploading Area:
i. Manuscript Title Column: key in 5~10 words of the manuscript title.
ii. Choose Your Proofreader Column: Use the drop down menu to choose Thesis/Dissertation 4 Wks Service.
iii. Rush Column: You can choose regular or rush turnaround time (rush proofreading fee is 1.5 times the regular fee).
iv. Notes to Proofreader Column: You can leave notes to the proofreader.
G. Upload Your Manuscript: The uploaded file must be a DOC file or ZIP archive, and the document name needs to be 5~10 English words.

Notes:
A. After confirming the order, if you do not desire to upload your manuscript right away, you can upload the file later. When you are ready, just log in to QBook.com.tw and click My Account to see your previous orders. Click the designated order date/order number, then click Go to proofreading Website. Next, click Go to proofreading Website. Afterward, click Enter Proofreading Site Now, then follow F~G uploading steps.
B. If there is a problem uploading, please email your manuscript to qbook@qbook.com.tw. We will upload the document for you.
C. After placing your order online, through email, or over the phone, you will receive an email from QBook confirming your order (normally within a few hours).

Directions

Down Payment
A. Please pay down payment: NT$1,600 via PayPal, ATM (bank code: 006, account number: 0251-717-028981), or postal remittance (account number: 22563865, account name: 恒新企業社).
B. If you pay the down payment by using your ATM card or postal remittance, fax the receipt to 04-27087568, or email a scan of the receipt or the last four digits of your bank account number and order number/name to qbook@qbook.com.tw.

Processing Order: Proofreading/Editing
A. After down payment confirmation, your order will be processed.
B. To view the status of your paper, you can log in and then click My Account. After that, click the order date/order number, then click Go to proofreading Website at the top of the screen.

When the Manuscript Is Proofread/Edited
A. QBook will email you a notice when the proofreader has completed and uploaded your paper. You can:
i. directly click the link The Proofreading Website Directly in the email QBook sent you and enter the proofreading site to view the total price and notes from the proofreader,
ii. or you can log in and click My Account; afterward, click the order date/order number, then click Go to proofreading Website at the top of the screen to view the total fee and notes from the proofreader.
Remaining Balance=Total Fee-Down Payment (NT$1600).
B. Remaining Balance Payment: If you pay the remaining balance by using your ATM card or postal remittance, fax the receipt to 04-27087568, or email scan of receipt or last four digits of your bank account number and order number/name to qbook@qbook.com.tw.
C. Download your proofread manuscript: Once the final payment is confirmed, QBook will email you to inform you that you can download the manuscript. Again, You can:
i. directly click the link The Proofreading Website Directly in the email QBook sent you and enter the proofreading site to download your proofread manuscript,
ii. or you can log in and click My Account; afterward, click order date/order number, then click Go to proofreading Website at the top of the screen to download the proofread manuscript.
