Flow of Purchase/Order Processing
Upload your file after purchasing
A. Confirm your order and enter the uploading/downloading site:
After finishing checking out, click Upload/Download Paper Here below the Product Name to enter the uploading/downloading area.
B. Upload your file:
In the uploading area:
1. Manuscript Title Column: Key in 5~10 words of the manuscript title.
2. Choose a Service Column: Use the drop down menu to confirm your choice.
3. Max. Budget Column: Set a budget limit if needed.
4. Speed Column: You can choose regular, rush or extra rush turnaround time.
5. Notes to Your Proofreader/Translator Column: You can leave notes here to your proofreader/translator.
6. Upload your file: The uploaded file must be a DOC file or ZIP file, and the file name needs to be in English. If there is a problem uploading, please email your manuscript(s) to qbook@qbook.org. We will upload the document(s) for you.
C. Receive a confirmation:
After placing your order online, you will receive an email from QBook confirming your order. After confirming the order, if you do not desire to upload your file right away, you can upload the file later. When you are ready, just log in to QBook and click My Account to see your previous orders. Click View Order at the right hand side of the order number. Next, click Upload/Download Paper Here below the Product Name to enter the uploading/downloading area. Afterward, follow 1~ 6 uploading steps.
Process your order
A. After down payment confirmation, your order will be processed.
B. To view the status of your paper, you can log in and then click My Account. After that, click View Order at the right hand side of this order number. Click Upload/Download Paper Here below the Product Name to enter the uploading/downloading area.
Download your file
A. QBook will email you a notice when the work is completed. You can log in and click My Account. After that, click View Order at the right hand side of the order number. Next, click Upload/Download Paper Here below the Product Name to enter the uploading/downloading area to view the total fee and notes from the proofreader. Remaining Balance=Total Fee-Down Payment.
B. Remaining Balance Payment: Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you. After payment, please email proof of payment to QBook. To pay online, click the Visa or MasterCard links in the rightmost column.
C. Download your file: Once the remaining balance payment is confirmed, you can download your file. Again, you can log in and click My Account to go to the uploading/downloading area to download your file. All documents and records are deleted from servers 10 days after your final payment.
